    Zil is good but my main point in fighting Drow (or any other ninja) is to dual wield. They for the most part start in counterbalance in some fashion. Hobble will stop their clobber/sidestep/uncanny. Also cut their dodging in half and remove counterbalance. Then as a Giant just bash them to death. As an end note Zil killed me in like 4 rounds the other day after he took half my life with an assassinate. I got utterly destroyed.
